The F85509 floodlight is the 1500W wide-beam —60°— variant of the high-power range with Lumileds chip and Sosen driver. In the photometric design of sports venues, the 60° angle at 1500W defines the point of maximum flux with maximum coverage in the range: the option for mounting positions integrated into the structure of covered stands, facades of the venue at short distance from the playing area or multi-pole installations where mounting height limitations prevent the long reach of a narrow beam. With 240,000 lumens at 160 lm/W, it can achieve the horizontal and vertical illuminance levels for competition and high-definition television broadcasting from positions that would otherwise require more lower-power units. The 60° distribution contributes to glare control for spectators close to the illuminated area. 0-10V dimming, IP66, IK10, 20KV protection and universal power supply 100-277V.
