Filux, a professional LED lighting brand owned by Fit Energy, is based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, the capital of the Basque Country in Spain. This city is renowned for its thriving industrial activity, and it is from here that Filux has built its identity as a brand rooted in the real economy. Its growth is largely based on its territorial expansion strategy, which is materialized through an extensive commercial network and establishments specialized in LED lighting, some of them with their own signature and others associated with the brand.

Currently, this network has a wide variety of points of sale through distributors located throughout Spain and Portugal. In addition, Filux is carrying out continued expansion in Europe combined with a digital marketing strategy focused on distribution professionals.

We manufacture to measure on demand

The FILUX products present in our catalog are recognized for their high turnover and their constant demand in the current lighting market. Their quality, innovative design and energy efficiency have made them preferred options for our customers.

In addition to the products available on our website, we offer the possibility of custom manufacturing any type of lighting that is not currently present in our catalog. The team

Our team is made up of a group of professionals in the LED lighting sector, motivated, involved and at the service of innovation and continuous improvement. We have an engineering department, advertising and marketing design, administration department, sales department, customer service and logistics.

We have different departments to provide solutions that may arise, such as technical and personalized advice to our clients, a customer service team always ready to answer your questions and a logistics team to ensure that orders arrive when you need them, among other services.

After-sales service

We have fast and quality after-sales service, whether it is telephone advice for installation or, if the products require it, installation service. Our employees are trained to handle incidents, listen to the customer, and provide the best solution.

Lighting studies

At our facilities in Vitoria-Gasteiz, in Spain, we have highly specialized professionals and equipment, such as our spectrometer, a large instrument that measures different data from our luminaires, as well as color temperature, luminous flux, color distribution index, electrical parameters, photometry and colorimetry.

Warranty

FILUX guarantees between two and five years, from the date of purchase, the operation of its products against any defect in materials. Our warranty includes repair, replacement, or exchange of the product and/or components at no charge to the customer.

Financing

We offer flexible financing plans with competitive rates and convenient terms, adapted to your possibilities. Our bank will analyze the risk and we will offer you the best possible payment type.

Certifications

The ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) certificate guarantees the restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. It aims to promote recycling, reuse and recovery of waste from this equipment to reduce its pollution.
In order to be sold in the European Economic Area, many products must carry the CE marking, which is proof that the product has been evaluated and meets the safety, health and environmental protection requirements demanded by the EU.
National Accreditation Entity (Government of Spain). The ENAC certification accredits the products' compliance with current regulations, guaranteeing the technical results of the luminaires. Certification available on some products.
Eco-raee's Foundation is an Integrated Waste Management System for Electrical and Electronic Devices. Eco-raee's Foundation represents FIT Energy, offering coverage and advice on the collection, transfer, storage and treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
