No, offers submitted, whether written or oral, are considered informative and do not bind the company unless otherwise specifically agreed.
FIT Energy, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices and conditions after accepting an order. In case of changes to orders with partial supplies, customers can cancel the pending goods or accept the rest of the order with the new conditions.
The prices indicated are for goods in the warehouses of FIT Energy, S.L., including standard packaging. Any additional protection or packaging is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping allowances apply in certain cases depending on the base value of the order and location.
Although the delivery notes indicate postage paid, the risk during transportation falls on the buyer. FIT Energy, S.L. is exempt from liability for breakage, theft, damage or loss. The buyer must claim the carrier in case of incidents during shipping.
Delivery times are approximate and no liability is guaranteed for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays do not give the buyer the right to compensation or cancellation of payments.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in Vitoria-Gasteiz as agreed. Interest will be applied for late payments and FIT Energy, S.L. You can set credit limits and suspend supplies for late payments. New customers may request a special payment method whose risk will be assessed by the banking entity of FIT Energy, S.L., upon approval.

FIT Energy, S.L. will not accept claims for errors in quantities or types of merchandise received if they are not notified within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of disagreement, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vitoria-Gasteiz, and these conditions prevail over previous ones.
